What we collect
When you submit the consultation request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, work email, phone number (optional), role, industry, an indicative budget range (optional), how you heard about Afivox (optional), and your description of the problem you're trying to solve. We do not collect payment information anywhere on this site.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your consultation request and, if you proceed, to scope and deliver the engagement you're asking about.
Third parties
Form submissions are sent via Zoho Mail's SMTP service to reach our inbox. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites, to understand aggregate visitor traffic. Neither service receives more information than described above.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies. While filling out the consultation form, your in-progress answers are saved to your browser's local storage so you don't lose them if you navigate back or refresh the page; this draft is stored only on your own device and is cleared automatically once you submit successfully.
