How it flows
Secure by design
- An order cannot be promised against stock that isn't actually available at the moment of the check.
- A pick list line is either picked in full, picked short with a recorded reason, or not picked — never silently skipped.
- Stock is decremented at pick, not at order creation, so a cancelled pick doesn't leave a phantom reservation.
- A parcel becomes dispatch-ready only after its packed contents are verified against the pick list.
